Refund Policy
Last Updated: 26th September 2025
At DevOpsCube, we want you to be happy with whatever paid subscription or premium content you buy. But because we provide digital content, we must set some rules. This Refund Policy tells you when refunds are allowed and how to ask for one.
When Refunds Are Allowed
Refunds apply only to paid subscriptions or premium content purchased directly from DevOpsCube (not via third parties)
You must request a refund within 24 hours of purchase
After 24 hours, we typically do not provide refunds
Free content, trial periods, or content already accessed are not refundable
How to Ask for a Refund
To request a refund, email us at [email protected] with:
Your full name
The email address you used to subscribe
Date of purchase
Reason for refund
After we receive your request, our team will review it and respond within 3-4 business days.
Refund Processing & Deductions
If your refund is approved, we will process it within 10-12 business days
We will refund to the same payment method you used
The refund amount may be reduced for taxes or fees, in line with local rules
Situations Where Refunds Are Not Given
We do not give refunds in these cases:
Refund requests made after 24 hours of purchase
The user has already accessed or used the paid content
Partial usage or dissatisfaction after the refund window
Changes to This Policy
We may change this Refund Policy at any time. If we do, we will post the updated version here and notify you by email. Your continued use or subscription after changes means you accept the new policy.
